Precision Recovery1.1 - App Store
You'll be able to see results in few seconds.
Publisher Description
After a hospitalization, you may feel disconnected from your healthcare. For many, controlling blood pressure and monitoring recovery progress is the most effective way to prevent a secondary illness. But without close home monitoring from your hospital care team, it is easy for blood pressure problems to go undetected. Using the Bluetooth-connected device you were provided from the Precision Recovery Mount Sinai program, you will be able to automatically share your blood pressure or oxygen and symptoms with your healthcare team at the Mount Sinai Health System to be sure you are on the road to recovery.
Note: Please seek a doctor’s advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions.
